Need an Official Record?
Use the custodian that created or maintains the Rio Blanco County record:
- Court case files: see criminal court case records, or contact the clerk of the court that heard the case
- Criminal histories: use the Colorado Bureau of Investigation Identification Unit
- Arrest, booking, and jail records: contact Rio Blanco County Sheriff's Office records
- Fingerprint record review: follow CBI's approved fingerprint-vendor channel
- Police reports and incident records: contact the agency that wrote the report
- Sealing or juvenile expungement: file through the court tied to the case
